Shout out to Sue, the Customer Service Representative – they are fantastic! The wait time was a little long (12 weeks from order submission to delivery) but THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT! Miku is a great doll, very cute (especially with the Irontech S20 head), and a much bigger upgrade from the WM TPE doll I used to have. My only suggestion is for the new revision of Rosemarydoll’s cleaning machine – it needs a beefier power supply and an angular head for the drying nozzle for easier/safer insertion
