As usual (5th order), Rosemary’s customer service was perfect. (Order here followed by Sue) – clarity and responsiveness Manufactured in 2 months by Irontech, with confirmation requested during head production and before complete shipment. I was pleasantly surprised by the detail of the freckles I customized. (remarkable work) A little over 3 weeks for delivery (no comment as customs clearance can be lengthy – entering the EU zone) Shipping within Europe via FedEx, box in excellent condition, internal packaging was very good. No damage found and a bonus gifts (lingerie. . . ) included. My new companion is even more beautiful than I expected. The face is perfect, the body is soft and incredibly detailed. The breast gel is simply unbelievably soft and delicate. The only downside compared to other doll manufacturers is the rigidity of the toes (on this model, they are soft), but that’s a minor detail.
