I had my eye on this doll for a while. I did a lot of research on Zelex, read reviews and forums. . and I am so happy with the purchase. It was very easy to switch for a different head and didn’t slow the process at all. She looks and feels amazing. Material is soft and responsive. I wasn’t sure about just the torso, but it makes moving her around a lot easier and doesn’t detract from the experience or enjoyment in any way. The care, communication and assistance I received from customer service made a repeat customer.
