Big fan of her looks! Tho compare to these professional photos, the real face is sharper, more angular, and overall more well defined; not a problem for me personally, i like that even more tbh. Proportions are wonderful too! Not overly unrealistic or trying to be a real-life copy, I think it’s in the perfect middle ground.
Customer service was top notch! They helped me with everything, and I don’t know how I could thank them properly. A part of my doll broke, and they helped me through everything, even a discount offer to get the doll at a much cheaper price! I really appreciate their efforts!!!
Lastly, build quality is great, but I think I got the short end of the stick on this one (related to the previous paragraph). One knee is busted (very realistic this one was), and I think because the doll is silicone, the material is tougher rather than more flexible, so the armpit skin got a minor tear because I often put the arms at a 90% angle. It doesn’t affect much, but it’s why the rating is a 4.
Overall, do ur research! Let it sink for a day or two before clicking and buying! Even then, double or triple check to see if u got everything u want. Talk and ask the customer service too! When it arrived, record a video regardless!!! If anything went wrong, u have proof!
