I ordered a Irontech head #s32 blond blue eyes, but I received brunette, with brown brown eyes, I e-mailed customer service and they gave me some choices on how to resolve the issue, the best choice was to get a custom head made from the factory, and have it delivered, delivery took a while to received, but the good thing is that was kept in constant combination, on the process and delivery. Received the head in good condition, well packaged, makeup on the the was a little heavy, especially around the eyes and the lips, I wish it would of had a more natural look, but over all she looks good.
