I just recently received my Real Lady 159cm that I purchased from Rosemarydoll. I made the purchase on Dec 6th and received her on Mar 6th.
This review is more about my experience with Rosemarydoll.
First, I was very impressed with Rosemarydoll service. After clicking the “buy” button, within 24 hrs, I was contacted by two different people. First person with a greeting and an order summary along with updates of events forthcoming. Second person was Sue, my customer service rep, with a greeting, summary and general info on my purchase as well as tips for my selected material of choice. Since I chose ultra soft silicone, she wanted to make sure I knew the qualities of the material and how the doll should be handled. She handled everything beautifully, conveying my choices to the manufacturer and letting me know of problems that arose along with solutions. She was always responsive and gave constant updates, letting me know of the next upcoming event, when and what to expect. Thank you Sue.
