Some time ago.. RosemaryDoll hosted an event where you could win a free TPE head. I am the winner of that event and as a thanks, I will write a review about the prize and their customer service.
After winning the event, I contacted Rose for my TPE head. Everything went very smoothly. I copy pasted all the date from the head that I wanted from their website into my message to Rose. She quickly processed my order without me needing to purchase from their website with some sort of code. The reponses from Rose only took a few hours to max 1 day. The interaction was professional but also a bit spontaneous which I liked.
To my surprise.. it only took 6 days for my head to be done and it only took 8 days to arrive! When I previously purchased from another verified vendor, it took more than 8 weeks for my package to reach my home. Of course I was very baffled! There was a little bit of a hiccup because the factory pictures ended up in my junk mail. That made it took longer than it needed, but it was quickly resolved and Rose understood the situation.
Now the head itself:
I chose head #399 which is the standard head for the WM 159C. I thought it was cute and when I saw her in real life, she was just as I imagined. I don’t know if they changed something at WM dolls, but her face felt very soft and her lips have realistic looking textures. My other two heads do not have that at all. I instantly replaced my previous doll head Lucy for the new one which I called Amy. For me personally it was a big upgrade. Her makeup is also well done and not over the top.
In conclusion:
Service: 10/10
Even with the factory pictures ending up in my junkmail I give RosemaryDoll a 10 out of 10 because they did try to send the factory pictures with different emailadresses to make sure I saw them. I would advice them to send 1 email with attachments and 1 email that says that attachments have been sent. Without the hiccup.. the time from order (contacting Rose for my prize) to delivery took 14 days. Which is extremely fast in my opinion.
Head: 9/10
Because I already have two other WM heads, I knew that the new one would not look EXACTLY like the one in the pictures. It would have been a 10/10 if it did. Also.. WM is not really known for their high quality wigs. I hope something will happen in the future that will make the wigs better. For now.. I just use the higher quality ones from Amazon. The head itself is cute and I like how it feels and I like the expression she has on her face. The new one replacing my old one already says enough.
