ZELEX SLE 2.0 Doll Ballya Review: Zelex 153 B SLE 2.0 – 1st doll review

Hi all, this is my very first full sized doll and review. I’m so excited to share Samantha’s journey into my life. After much deliberating and research I decided to go thru Rosemary’s because it seemed a. reputable b. fair priced and c. threw in a few bonuses. Starry at DollLab was also fun to watch. Seems like Rosemary’s is not just a business but a support group too, lol.

Anyway…after considering my options I was really hooked on the smaller breast dolls but wanted as much bang for my buck as I could get and frankly, Zelex is hard to beat but they’re slightly on the heavier side. So I chose the 153cm because it was over 5’ yet weighs less than 70lbs. Sam’s “travel expenses” came to $1800 and included a few extra goodies. I went with In Stock to get her here quicker and she arrived on my doorstep less than a week later in 3 boxes. I was so excited, but I took my time and photoed everything as I unboxed. Let me say Zelex knows how to box a product. It was BOLTED to plywood sandwiched inside and out. Absolutely no damage even though the outer box was a bit roughed up. After following directions how to remove, I unwrapped her and was instantly amazed at the beauty and craftsmanship. Of course I had to feel her boobs, and wow is all I can say. They actually felt incredibly real. Supple, yet firm, yet jiggly…. So authentic. Finally picked her up and carried her to the bed. I’m 6’5 so it wasn’t exactly a chore, but she’s not light either. I finished opening up the head boxes (got an extra for free) and couldn’t believe how insanely detailed a soft ROS head could be. I went with 201 because it had the pouty lips. The other one was also stunning. After putting on the wig I was just shocked how gorgeous that face was. Also moving the jaw can change the shape for a few different expressions. I’m sill blown away at Zelex craftsmanship. After installing her head, I started to try and move her a little bit and get used to the bending. Instantly popped a fingertip, lol, but it slid right back, no biggie. I left the feet wrapped in packaging until I can get some proper footwear or I’m sure I’ll destroy those. The whole time I’m moving her I’m getting more and more excited. Suffice it to say, our first time was magical. Like I felt really weird, almost guilty for enjoying it that much. After a cleanup, I dusted her really well, and threw on a simple black string bikini. So sexy. I bent her into a spooning position and I cuddled her the whole night. First time in a while that i’ve slept so peacefully.

Ok… the good. Lot of value. Even the In-Stock version comes with a lot of great stuff. You can mix and match heads, change wigs, get extra eyes, etc. She came with hard hands with skeleton fingers, gel boobs and butt, EVO Shrugging shoulders, standing feet, and a white bikini. Silicone is soft, but not mushy. There’s no real texture to it, but it looks flawless. The proportions are very realistic for a petite athletic build. The ROS head is incredible. I’ve only seen other manufacturers pictures, but this is a home run, and the interior is so lifelike (in all ways!) Eyes are easy to move. The body paint is ok. You can lightly see what they did, but it’s not nearly as good as the more expensive and newer dolls. There is veining, but it’s slight and not really noticeable unless you’re looking closely. The seem lines are noticeable but not distracting. The feel of the doll is delicious. She’s not squishy like TPE, but it feels great. The holes do not disappoint. Her vagina is highly sexy unless the legs are spread wide, then it’s well, weird, lol. The placement seems realistic. The hard hand transition is almost invisible.

The Bad. Without a doubt, my biggest complaint so far is how hard she is to bend. They definitely did not do a very good job of adjusting the joint tensions. I’m 6.5’ and I had to use my knee to bend her back. Legs and feet aren’t bad at all, but the arms are ridiculous. One hand rotates pretty decent but the other is almost locked up. I have to be super careful to twist it. The shoulder joints are garbage as well, In fact, the right one is so tight that it moves the shrugging one instead. I don’t know if this is a common occurrence and it’s better to have tight than loose as they generally are supposed to get smoother and easier over time, or if this is just way over tight, but it’s a major hassle (Zelex if you’re reading this, use a tension tester and set the weight limits so when they’re tightening these joints, they’re all torqued to spec. Super easy and should eliminate this in the future.)
The tan skin color is weirdly purplish. It’s too artificial looking. I’ve never seen another human with this skin color. Not horrible, but just not natural. The gel butt is not like the boobs. I was hoping for a little more jiggle and squishy. I’m wondering if there is gel in there at all or just a larger layer of soft silicone. The last thing that seems common to all of these dolls is the arms look like noodles. There’s hardly any definition. The head came with a quick connector but it doesn’t keep the head from spinning very well. I think you can tighten up the allen nut but they didn’t provide one. My doll had a slight tear (2mm) in the thigh. Would be nice if they would give you a tube of glue.

Final takeaway. I think I made a great choice. This doll is light enough to maneuver, yet feels like a person once in position. It’s gorgeous to look at. When I walked into the room I had to do a quick double take as she lay on the bed. It was almost startling to see another person there and a stunner at that!!! She has a lot of advanced features, especially for the money, that should last a long time if I’m careful with her. Not as soft as TPE, but won’t stain and oil out everywhere. It was a great choice for me to begin my love affair with dolls. I can’t wait to dress her up, to pamper her, to give her affection as she so willingly gives it. Rosemary has been great so far, and the forums are a nice touch. Hopefully, funds will be saved to get Sam a sister wife. LOL

She’s so TEMPTING… and she knows it….I’m wondering if she’s doing it on purpose? Definitely on purpose! Message Received!!! After a wonderful afternoon I guess it’s time to straighten up …
