I was definitely hesitant at first, of buying one. But, Rose excellent customer service made me feel no worries and was there to help with every question I had. The only downside I thought was the weight of it must have been guessed because it feels way heavier then is said on site. But, regardless I love everything about my doll, they definitely delivered 100% and I can’t wait to purchase something else from them.
