This is my very first doll I have recieved from this company/brand. The seller was super lovely and had great and open communication which eased the initial feelings of hesitation in commiting tto such a large purchase. Though with the product itself, has nothing to do with the website mind you, the fingers are suuuuuuuper fragile so please take care with yours if you buy them. She has held up to intense cuddles and bdsm just fine with no lasting marks though be careful with gagging her. As the mouth is not intended to stretch super wide and I noticed a small rip in the corner of her mouth after playing with gags. Though this is also forst time doll owner mistakes. All in all as far as the product goes.
