I finished an order with Rosemary dolls not too long ago and their customer service is top notch, Sue is absolutely amazing to deal with and i have never had a bad experience with Rosemary Dolls. They have helped me find the doll of my dreams and I have received the factory photos and some videos and will share them below! I am so excited for my girl to get here but sadly she’s in customs (been there for about 2 weeks or so) so i am not exactly sure when my doll will arrive but i understand some things like customs and shipping delays are outside of Rosemary dolls or any vendor/manufacturers control but this usually doesn’t happen, my last two orders from Rosemary doll have been quick, it seems customs just wants to be annoying. Sue has advised me to do a video opening the package to make sure everything is alright and i will do that with opening pictures as well. I’m hoping it will not be too long from now and I am mostly hoping and praying though that she arrives safely without damage but the things I’ve heard about customs is making me very anxious but i am praying its just me being paranoid and I’m feeling things will be alright but prayers and positive thoughts are definitely appreciated.
